Our Quality Guarantee

At Cuchulainn Workwear, we are committed to supplying high-quality garments, workwear, PPE and promotional products together with professional embroidery and printing services.

Every order is produced with care using quality materials and industry-standard decoration methods.

If a product supplied by Cuchulainn Workwear is found to be faulty, incorrectly supplied or does not match the approved order specification, we will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, repair, replace, credit or refund the affected goods in accordance with our Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods Policy.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before approving artwork or production, including:

• Garment style
• Colour
• Size
• Quantity
• Logo placement
• Decoration colours
• Names and numbering
• Spelling and punctuation
• Artwork

Artwork approvals are deemed final once approved by the customer.

Cuchulainn Workwear cannot accept responsibility for:

• Errors contained within customer-approved artwork
• Incorrect spellings, names or numbers approved by the customer
• Incorrect garment sizes ordered by the customer
• Poor-quality or low-resolution artwork supplied by the customer
• Damage caused through misuse, incorrect washing, tumble drying, ironing, storage or normal wear and tear

Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the nature of garment manufacture and decoration, reasonable variations in garment shade, sizing, embroidery placement, print positioning and decoration dimensions may occur and shall not be regarded as defects.

Care of Garments

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with each garment.

Failure to follow the recommended washing and care instructions may invalidate any guarantee relating to the decoration or garment.
