1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made by Cuchulainn Workwear.

By placing an order with us, whether online, by email, over the telephone or in person, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Orders

All quotations are subject to change until an order is placed.

Once an order has been placed, it is considered confirmed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct before placing an order.

3. Prices

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Errors and omissions excepted.

4. Payment

Payment terms are those agreed at the time of ordering.

Late payment may result in orders being delayed, suspended or cancelled.

We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs on overdue accounts where applicable.

5. Artwork Approval

Where artwork approval is required, customers are responsible for checking:

• Logo positioning
• Colours
• Sizes
• Spellings
• Quantities
• Garment selection

Approval confirms acceptance that all details are correct.

Artwork approvals are final.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only.

Whilst every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, transport issues, weather, industrial action or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with Cuchulainn Workwear until payment has been received in full.

8. Product Images

Product photographs and colours shown on our website are intended as a guide only.

Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances.

9. Returns

Returns, cancellations and faulty goods are governed by our separate Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Goods Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own, or have permission to use, any logos, artwork or designs supplied to Cuchulainn Workwear.

The customer agrees to indemnify Cuchulainn Workwear against any claims arising from unauthorised use of artwork supplied by the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or any losses arising from delays outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Fire
• Flood
• Pandemic
• Industrial action
• Transport disruption
• Supplier shortages
• Government restrictions
• Power failure

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
